About Stillness Reset Co
I am a Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner and the founder of Stillness Reset Co. I exists to deliver wellbeing programs through breath, sound and energy healing, so that professionals can thrive. From individual session, tailored corporate wellbeing programs to immersive group experiences both in Australia and Bali.
Having experienced the severe toll of corporate burnout firsthand, I founded Stillness Reset Co. to bridge the gap between high performance and genuine human wellbeing, creating space for people to pause, reset, and perform at their best without losing themselves in the process.
Titin’s journey
I was selected to participate in a three-month mentorship through Eastern Innovation’s Empowering Women Entrepreneurs (EWE) 2026 Program, which included business mentoring sessions with Despina- Institute of Excellence.
When I started the program, I felt uncomfortable marketing myself and was playing small, hiding behind collaborators to build my audience. Because I was ready to transform my business, I took the process very seriously and completed all of Institute of Excellence’s action items.
As a result, I have achieved so much: I rebranded my business, built a professional website, officially registered with ASIC, and hosted my first solo event (which sold out!). I now have future events planned and so much more in the works. Thanks to Institute of Excellence’ guidance, my business has completely changed for the better and now has a clear direction.
