I was the kid that couldn’t wait to turn 14 and 9 months, the legal age to work in Australia and worked multiple jobs and ran multiple side businesses ever since. Today I’m the proud founder of the Institute of Excellence, a certified trainer and qualified business coach with three decades helping tourism operators and business leaders transform their operations. My work has been recognised with the ‘Outstanding Contribution by an Individual’ award at the Victorian Tourism Awards.
I specialise in customer experience design, conversion optimisation, AI integration, and building systems that work in the real world. I’ve delivered nationwide training programs, developed frameworks used across Australia, and written a book (Adventures of a Balloon Girl). I hold a Master’s in Digital and Social Media Marketing but what matters most is that my clients get results.
