I’ve always been drawn to doing, not just thinking. From my first job at 14 to building multiple businesses, that mindset continues to shape how I work today.
As the founder of the Institute of Excellence, I’ve spent three decades working alongside tourism operators and business leaders across multiple industries to improve how their businesses operate and grow. Along the way, the work has been recognised at the Victorian Tourism Awards, but more importantly, it has delivered real outcomes for the people I work with.
My focus is on growth – delivering excellence through customer experience, conversion, and building practical systems that work in the real world, supported by digital and AI-enabled strategies.
